Boong's café

Boong’s Cafe is a dessert cafe that sells Japanese Taiyaki and Taiyaki ice cream in Guam. It was founded by two dessert enthusiasts who pursued perfect desserts and developed their own brand in Guam.
They visited Japan and Korea several times to make the best taiyaki, and even visited the popular taiyaki store in the United States, so they could encounter and study various taiyaki and make our own best taiyaki.

Apart from Taiyaki with traditional Japanese red bean paste, we developed taiyaki with eight different flavors, and ice cream also offered more than eight flavors, allowing customers to choose a variety of flavors.
Every one of you, our customers, inspire our desserts and that is why they are made from your imagination: a selection of rich soft-serve flavors— Vanila, Chocolate, Matcha, Banana, Strawberry and Swirl combinations— in the bite of Taiyaki and finished with your choice of toppings.
